As Vanity Fair's Creative Director (2019-2023) and Deputy Editor (2016-2019), Pollack directed more than 60 cover shoots, including for six Hollywood covers, and she oversaw the visual direction of the brand across all platforms. In addition to celebrity covers, fashion portfolios and profiles, she was the creative director of an award-winning issue of the magazine guest edited by Ta-Nehisi Coates focusing on Breonna Taylor, George Floyd and the Black Lives Matter movement. Pollack brought many new visual voices to the Vanity Fair, including Steven Klein, Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari, Adrienne Raquel, Dario Calmese, Collier Schorr and Campbell Addy.
